Message from the High Commission

Welcome to the official website of the Kenya High Commission in Nigeria.

We sincerely hope that you will find the website and its linkages useful for getting news and information about Kenya, with particular attention to the Government, consular services, trade and investment opportunities, travel and tourism, as well as bilateral relations with the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Kenya is geo-strategically located at the confluence of the Great Lakes, Horn of Africa, and the Indian Ocean contiguity, making it a gateway to Africa’s major trading blocs such as the East African Community (EAC) and the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).

It offers one of the best investment climates in the wider East African region with limitless Trade and Investment opportunities. In addition, Nairobi is a regional hub of economic and multilateral diplomacy.

These ties encompass virtually all fields of interest.

It will be my goal to further these relations for the benefit of the citizens of our great nations. We are committed to continuing to consolidate relations with our traditional development partners and cultivating linkages with emerging economies.

We also deliberately seek to engage with the vibrant Kenyan diaspora, which is Kenya’s first line ambassadors and partners in national development endeavors.

I hope you will find this website a useful window to Kenya and the Kenya-Nigeria relations.
